OVERVIEW
A limited-run collaboration between NYC-based Jeff Staple Design and Raleigh Bicycles. An avid cyclist, Jeff brought his signature design aesthetic to a bike built to handle the demands of an urban jungle like New York City. The Staple team incorporated thoughtful, street-driven details—from a digital texture on the tubes for added grip when carrying the bike upstairs, to faux pigeon accents on the saddle, and vibrant pink rims for increased visibility in traffic.
Birds That Flock Together: Raleigh’s heron and Staple’s pigeon come together in a custom metal head badge, symbolizing the meeting of two iconic identities. I spearheaded the partnership and worked closely with the Staple team from concept through completion to bring the project to life.
